 Kalvithozha Financial Aid & Scholarship Program (KT-SET)

1. Eligibility & Assessment Criteria

Dual-Parameter Evaluation: The Kalvithozha financial aid program is granted based on a combination of financial necessity and academic merit. Both parameters must be satisfied under the internal guidelines of the institution before any scholarship is allotted.

Need-Based Evaluation: Applicants will be assessed based on specific socioeconomic parameters to determine financial necessity.

Merit-Based Evaluation: Merit-based scholarships are strictly conditional upon the candidate meeting the designated cutoff scores in the Kalvithozha Scholarship Eligibility Test (KT-SET).

2. KT-SET Examination Protocols

Test Delivery: The KT-SET is a free, standardized scholarship assessment conducted exclusively for students intending to enroll in SSC and RRB exam preparation batches.

Platform & Access: Candidates must take the assessment through the official Kalvithozha mobile application or website.

Integrity & Standard Protocols: The test must be completed in accordance with the standard assessment protocols. Any detected anomalies, malpractice, or non-compliance with examination rules will result in immediate disqualification.

3. Scholarship Slabs & Allotment

Expert Evaluation: Test performance and financial need parameters will be evaluated by our designated panel of experts to determine the final scholarship percentage.

Scholarship Slabs: Scholarships are awarded across fixed percentage tiers based on performance and eligibility. The defined slabs are 10%, 25%, and 33% & 51% of the tuition/course fee.

4. Application and Registration

Mandatory Pre-Registration: The official scholarship application form must be completely filled out and submitted **prior to the commencement** of the KT-SET. Retroactive applications will not be entertained.
